ok so i bought two of these boards for $15. thought it was an ok deal till i saw the price for the motherboards. but this steal has turned out to be a problem. one MB will post running a Athlon XP 1600+ "green" (core?) CPU. its using a VS256MB400 as its memory. my question is one board wont post...
