Simple indeed. Had a group in an OU that the GPO was tied to, but didn't have the user that's in the group in the OU. Moved user account into the OU and it works like a charm. It's the obvious stuff that bites me in the butt sometimes.

Funny you mention that, I just got our DNS straightened out last month. If not for the fact that the only DNS related entries in the logs are that it starts when the server reboots, I'd believe you. But what was your issue when you dealt with it? I'm sure it's something simple, though...

I guess I didn't make it clear, but the system is hanging on boot. No XP, no nothin'. Therefore, a device like this is useless to me. I need to just suck the data off of the drive without getting into Windows to do it. Or, I need to find a fix for the problem to begin with.
