Thanks for your help, everyone! I tried all of your suggestions and it turns out that RAM slots 0 and 1 are dead in my new motherboard. I'll be exchanging it for a new one tomorrow.

I added my specs in the original post. I forgot to mention that I'm running Windows 7 Pro

I started getting an issue with my computer a few days ago where my computer doesn't even reach POST when I turn it on. Nothing shows up on the screen and after a few seconds, it automatically reboots and repeats the process. I swapped out the PSU with another one but it made no difference...
