I have tried the 7.4 drivers...Same problem. I have now loaded the 7.4 Drivers, and removed the Catalyst Control Center. My display seems OK for now... But if I can't use the CCC software advanced features, Why did I spend so much on this card!!! I'm going to try to RMA THIS card as well...
