Thanks guys, I didn't use any fiber washers because the mobo didn't come with them. I don't think that was causing it though.. I found that I accidently put an extra standoff on the case, and I think that was contacting the mobo and causing it to short.... Hooray for an upright case.

They opened it up on may 30th or 31st. I remember signing up on the 31st... so its def been open for about a month now. They also originally planned on releasing it Dec 2007, but pushed back to Feb 08 I do believe. Thanks for the post but it isn't exactly new news.
