My understanding is that a AT MoBo will fit in a ATX case but NOT the other way around

i used conductive paint to bridge the L1 gaps on my duron. I used a cocktail stock to paint the paint on and it worked first tme. You can get the paint from maplins or another eletrical store.

the chip will easy go up to 55oC so you don't need to worry mine is running @42oC i have a duron 700@950

Your problem may be the PSU you have i have a 230W Psun and mine will duron 700 will not go above 1Ghz at 1.825V. You can try putting the volatge up to the maxium or try getting a more powerful PSU if you already have 300W psu or more then you may just have an unlucky chip

it may not be the lines that r causing the problems otherwise you wouldn't be able to change the mutiplyer at all, you could use conductive paint to make sure tho. I think your problem might be the voltage because my duron will post at 1100 but it won't load windows and i know this problem is...

Don't use a pencil to unlock use conductive paint and get a FOP38 its the best fan u can get

i have a duron 700 on a KT7-RAID MoBO and a fop38 fan i finally unlocked it with conductive paint(don't even try the pencil it doesn't work) it will run fine at 950Mhz(9.5*100)@1.75V the temps where fine at full load it wouldn't go above 37C so i though jack it up to 1Ghz so i did...

in my opinion u shouldn't even try do unlock with the pencil cos i tryed 4 times and each time it failed it just wastes time, you should just go and use the conductive paint straight away
