I am running a P4 1.3 and a PNY GF4 ti4400 and I am having the same issues. I am reaching a FPS of 122.5 on maxed settings @ 1024x768. I was assuming I would reach somewhere in the 170-190 range. Even with fastest settings (512x384) I am getting only 140 FPS. Vsync is off, AA is off, antiscopic...
