Asus P4PE & P4S8X

Anybody own either of these motherboards with a Radeon 9700 pro or All in wonder 9700 pro that could give me a review? Are there any serious conflicts as I have heard quite a bit of incompatibility issues with the P4S8X and the 8x AGP funciton in particular. TIA...
