    Yea, Cheap router :-p 100mbs is plenty of bandwidth for many ftp connections and voip lines. Like 'phisrow' said, look for a router that does QoS or get a better switch

    You can make user accounts on the domain for the users that will be loggin in from the XP home machines, but the xp home machines cannot be joined to the domain.

    rejoin domain after 2003 upgrade?

    If you just did an upgrade from windows 2000 then you shouldnt need to have your computers rejoin the domain as the sid key will be the same
