Monitor not receiving signal from PC..

If not the videocard.... then if ur motherboard chipset has a fan to cool it off check if that is also spinning or not.... also check qall other fans if they r spinning or not when u power ur system.... I also get sometimes no video when the cheap chipset fan stops turning on my MSI NEO2...
