I found that my 165 went to about 2.5ghz easily with no extra volts, but to squeeze the other 200mhz out of it I had to really step of the voltage (stock is 1.3 I'm at 1.568). I'm not using the same motherboard as you, so your numbers will be different, but I don't know why you can't go past 2ghz.

Well, after much procrastination I got it 100% stable at 2.7ghz at 1.568v. I think that's as far as I will take it. :)
