It's dead. Just a matter of time before they disconnect that cyberwings.com server...
30 existing customers + no new customers + bandwidth bills + time = OUT OF BUSINESS
I can only guess 2checkout is taking it on the chin for the sake of their customers when refunding Cyberwings chargebacks.
When I processed chargebacks, it cost the company $30 per chargeback. That means 2checkout is going to have quite a bill to collect from CEO when all is said and done...
I agree with Monty. We need to relax, sit back, take a deep breath, and wait for the new datacenter cables to arrive. Cause Shawn's gonna make you all eat your words when I'm back up with my 40G transfer, unlimited e-mail, 1 gig storage website for the lifetime price of $6. Yeah, BABY...
...yeah, Cyberwings will now "Relaunch in Late Summer - Early Fall 2002" ---
No crook could be this stupid.... CEO must just simply be the biggest jacka$$ in the hosting business.
When is this guy going to jail????
Take a gander....
Cyberwings is not registered in the state of Maine anymore by CEO-Shawn. Someone else snatched up the name with the state!
(Yesterday, it read "Expired" with Shawn's name on it.)
:D
I've heard through what appears to ber a realizbler source that supposedly Cyberwings is already behind on the bandwidth bill.
Watch out for another round of sales!!! :D
Sorry if this has been covered, but I just received an e-mail from PayPal stating that they've investigated Cyberwings and found them in fault, however, they could not recover my funds from their account.
I'm just getting back up to speed now (I'm out of town at the moment) and will be using...
FYI - It's 1 or three refunds, not considering dollars. Yeah, it's good that roughly 75% of all refunds dollars are paid via Cyberwings... But piss poor when the total refund percent is only 6.4%. I, for one, am in the other 93.6% that haven't got a refund.
I don't think today was a big "Cyberwings News Day" -- this forum has been pretty quiet, and the Cyberwings home page is still the Admin page for Plesk. However....
THE RESULTS ARE IN!
Thanks for sending me information regarding your "investment" into Cyberwings. Over the past 24 hours, I...
Strange that after all this time the Cyberwings.com website is nothing more than a Plesk screen. I mean, how hard is it to say "coming soon" -- or anything other than a Plesk Admin page? And why is it going up and down all the time???? This company is sooooo incredibly shakey.
I bet when...
In my opinion, if you're running a business site YES change services!!! I don't think there's anyone that would doubt Cyberwings lack of reliable service at this point. It doesn't cost much at all to switch to a much more reliable provider. I did, and for about $40 a year I'm in much better...
I like how, in CEO's words, "the new DC is up and functional 100%" -- then the rest of the e-mail talks about how he's got more PC's to configure, 'cause only two are running. Plus, no talk about reloading customer accounts into Plesk.
Of course, everything's down again and Cyberwings support...
This bit of "good news" for Cyberwings is temporary. I'm not suprised they're back up -- now it's time to see how long they'll stay up. And the next time they go down, what stance will CEO-Shawn take with his customers?
Remember, they're really up yet. They've got customers to load into Plesk...
I've had a philosophy that you don't skimp on monitors (after all, this is the part of your computer you're looking at the most ;)). I never skimp and my monitors last me for years without complaint.
This monitor is .27 pitch and max refresh of 70 megahertz, with 1024x768 resolution. I've...
