Running SP3 on all nine of my domain controllers and everything has been fine. I have also recently installed the following post-sp3 hotfixes (no problems so far):

If you are running Windows, you can use cacls.exe to display file permissions.
Add... > [filename.txt] to output data to a text file. ex: cacls *.* > files.txt
Type cacls.exe to see list of switches.
SP3 adds two new services. "Automatic Updates" and "Background Intelligent Transfer Service". The two services work together. I recommend disabling these services.

Actually...with the system that I had at the time of Windows Me, it was actually more stable for me than Windows 98. I never did recommend Windows Me to anyone, just because of how many people said they had problems with it.

What games do you play? If your problem is with games that run too fast on a modern PC to play, then I too would be interested to know of an emulator that will turn your PC into a 66Mhz equivalent.

I just ordered a A7N8X Deluxe. I hope it works out fine for me (I never had an Asus board, but I know they are good). It is replacing my MSI K7 Master (which is a good board too). It will only have a 1.2Ghz and in it for now. I will probably get a new CPU within the next few weeks.
