    Hi. I recently formatted and installed Windows 2000 Pro (SP4). Sometimes when I use all sorts of software I've noticed they act to any key pressing as if CTRL or SHIFT or both are still pressed down. An example is when I browse in my FireFox and use the scroll wheel, the text size changes...
