Is this on a domain? If so, you can do most(if not all) of that by creating a custom Default User profile. If this is on a domain, store that profile in Sysvol and each domain user will use it when logging into a system for the first time. If this isn't on a domain, you'll have to customize...

Never heard that. I had a CUSL2 previously and now have a CUSL2-C with a P3 700E @ 933MHz. The vcore hasn't been a problem on either board, it's stayed at 1.85.
