After this prime 95 test thats what ill do then. When i ran memtest on my tracers i only ran it once on each stick in a different slot. Hopefully it's software related or something other than ram. DDR2 is expensive IMO saw 8gb kits for 150+, when i just got a mushkin 8gb DDR3 2000 Kit for 130$...

As of right now i'm going to finish Prime95 24hrs if it doesn't fail. Then run a gpu stress test. Then i guess test memory with memtest, and to top it off a final 10-20 rounds of intel burn test. Any other ideas of why it would give me a BSOD during a game like Coh?

I consider the benchmarks while not confirmed to be at least near at the level BD should be performing. I just can't see AMD investing this much time, money, etc. and rolling out another phenom. That being said i do plan on picking up bulldozer as long as it is near or better than sandy bridge...
