Barton XP 2600+ AQXEA 0404 unlock

need some directions about the subject... just bought this new Barton CPU XP 2600+ AQXEA 0404 and I'm trying to unlock the multipliers...so far, I've just done the following without any luck, + Socket pin-mod to unlock multipliers + Socket pin-mod to select x13 multiplier...
