I just tested my PSU on my other system and it worked fine and showed stable rails, so I am leaning away from it being the PSU right now. I will keep it in mind though. Thanks LikeLinus.

I doubt you would see a huge performance increase with a 16MB buffer over the 8MB. Not to say it doesn't help, it will store data in it as the disk head passes over it. But for 70 GBs more of room seems more tempting to me.

I have this video cap card and I think it is definitely good for the price. Not the best quality picture you can get out there but it looks fine to me and more importantly, it was cheap.

I would think the frequencies are too different interfere, but I can't help but wonder if there is any degredation of the signal. Good question.
