What is wrong? I have an Aopen AK72 motherboard Quantum Fireball, 10.2 gb PalitMicrosystems Geforce 2Pro 64mb Plextor 48/24/48A Teac 32x CDROM An option is to update the bios but I don´t know how to acces puredos-mode (I run WINXP Pro), which is necessary to update it.

There are lots of possibilities - any way you can manage a pure DOS boot-up (as opposed to a DOS box or "drop to DOS" from within Windows) will work How? I know the command prompt, but that´s not puredos...

Ok I do that. Is this the only way to do it?

I want to update my bios for the Aopen AK72 motherboard. To do this I have to enter ms-dos puremode. My floppydevice isn´t working, so I have to create a ms-dos bootdiskette on a cdrom. BUT HOW? I have WinXP
