Nice car man. I've ridden in one and they are awesome. They handle great and have good acceleration. Most people that have read this thread has never thought about the design behind a car. In other words, what is this automobile supposed to do? Who is the target market? (age, gender, etc..)...

What OS are you running? Can you provide any specs on the monitor? Try tinkering with your refresh rate and the screen resolution.

Can you post a screen-shot of the message? To do this when the message appears, click the PrtScn button on your keyboard. Go into paint and select edit then paste. Save the image and upload it to a website and insert it in your reply.

what type of programs are you running? are these programs installed correctly?

Is your HDD connected via a controller card or on board controller of any type? If so, you should install the driver that came with the hardware since XP is obviously not picking it up.

Have you tried connecting the monitor to another computer? If so, let me know what it does.

You must also remember that when dealing with IDE drives, each device can only run as fast as the slowest device on the channel. If you setup your cdr on an IDE add-in card, your OS my detect it as a SCSI device. This may not be a big problem, unless your cd burning software or dvd software...

It sounds to me that your router may have some problems. Look through your documentation to make sure everything is set up correctly. Here is a link in case you do not have it handy. (If acrobat is installed, it will open up within your web browser to display the help documentation) SMC Manual

If sohcrates suggestion does not work, your cd burning software may be trying to cache everything to the hdd before burning. You may want to either turn this option off or defragment your hdd. Good Luck
