Well I ordered through Onvia on 12/5/00 and got my rebate and the usb hub on 1/24/01 with just the invoice from Onvia ;)

I purchased this monitor at Xmas and still have the original pdf of the rebate and the only thing it states is that Microcenter customers aren't eligible for the free USB hub. The rebate should be good through Staples online? Hope that helps you all out. If you need a copy of the rebate just go...
