Just bought an i5-2500K and after reading what others did to overclock, I've got mine on 5 Ghz easy and stable. :D Max vcore is 1.424 and max temps are 86C. That's on air, and not very aggressive fans. Here are the bios settings of my P8Z68-V, which are pretty much a copy from Sean Webster...
