i tried it with a brand new 350w psu.. again lights and fan, but no beeps or video... so do you people think my mb (a7n8x deluxe btw) is dead? what should i do if it is? does the warranty/newegg cover me at all?

okay on asus probe my 12 volt line always runs a little high.. it was average at 12.8 but now that i installed my new vid card it averages 13 and when i play games and stuff it gets to 13.5 and asusprobe starts to beep at me.. what will happen if i keep this up?

a router assigns each computer an ip so that way you can share the internet, if i'm not mistaken..:confused: and routers also are inherently hubs i guess.. not quite sure what a switch is... perhaps connects 2 networks? ugh i hate how confusing networking can get..
