Google "freac". Easy to use FLAC, WAV, etc converter to MP3. Also, you can set bitrates under "General Settings". Uses the latest "Lame" decoder. Being an "anti-bitrate Nazi", I always "downgrade" my downloaded 320 MP3s to 192. Saves alot of HD space, thank you very much.
