Just to let everyone know that I too called 1-877-636-6804 and got the bill voided as the people there had no idea why I got charged. ;)

I got a bill too for ~$39 for the modem that I hung on to...I am scared to see what the bill for the one I sold is for when it comes to my other address....Are people getting these charges reversed? and how easy it? I would think it would not be a good thing to just ignore them as they might not...
