I replaced the Cmos Battery with one from an old unused motherboard and it immediately fixed the problem! Thanks for your awesome advice! Thats a hot deal for me cause it saved me $100 in new parts!

I use my CUSL2 with all three dimm slots filled with 3 single sided 64 meg PC133 dimms and it works fine. But the above posts are right, its more important to note the number of banks used than the number of slots. I only use 3 banks even though I use all 3 slots.
