No, I'm not using mediacenter as I'm using that with my HDhomerun dual and it looks like there's a conflict. I'm using Hauppauge's WinTV software.

I agree with wirednuts. If my tv (which is not digital) can receive the channels then the must be analog. I'm actually just looking to get the cable channels. I have an HDHomerun Dual that I'm grabbing all the local channels with. Just don't understand why it's not seeing anything.

I have an older Hauppauge PVR-150 analog tuner card. I bought it new years ago. Anyway, I stuck it in a Win7 pc because I wanted to use it to record some tv shows. I installed the drivers (everything looks good in device mgr.) but when I hook up the cable (Time Warner) and do a scan for channels...
