Hi everyone,
My 4 year old Dell Inspiron 8000 won't boot! I reinstalled Windows XP as I do semiannually and everything was fine. About 2 hours later I noticed that Windows was only recognizing 256Mb worth of Ram out of my 2 sticks of 512Mb for a total of 1024Mb; even in the BIOS it was...
I have the SN25P and love it, awesome sys! I built mine (see sig) for about $1000; all parts were purchased from NewEgg. At the end of the year when the new dual core AMD cpus are out I'll be able to buy a 939 socket FX55 for $150 and install that in my SN25P, haha. I don't know about your RAM.
No! You'll kick yourself in the ass when you try to use this old, slow POS. Spend a few hundred more and buy a new laptop from Dell or someone else. You'll get a warranty, a bigger screen, and you won't tear your ligaments out trying to kick yourself in the ass.
Hey everyone. I have the SN25P that I bought and used in the US, connected to 120 VAC, 60 Hz. Now I'm working in Europe and will be using my SN25P here. All the info that I can find shows that the SN25P is capable of using dual voltage but I can't find any info about whether or not the SN25P...
I've never owned one of the older Shuttle models so I can't offer you a comparison; I can tell you that for all practical purposes my 2 week old SN25P is silent, you barely know that it's on. It makes some noise on boot but it's silent after that. I love it. I hope this helps.

New Egg has some awesome shipping and handling, it got here in only 2 days not counting Sunday!
I counted on being able to easily transport this in my carry-on luggage due to the dimensions listed on the Newegg website. I was surprised to discover that it's much larger than stated on the New...
Hey guys, my SN25P should be here today. I will be installing a 250Gb WD SATA HD. Does it automatically recognize a HD larger than 137Gb or will I need to do something extra to get it to recognize the HD? Thanks.
