    Rob's new review at PCExtreme

Rob got torn up pretty bad on his first review of the Panaflo fan. This time he has a more serious product, the MX221 LCD from Marix Orbital. While his lack of experience is still apparent, I think he did a much better job on this one. You can check it out Right Here! Give the guy your honest...

Which pictures are you refering to? The ones in Rob's review were taken on a computer desk, not a floor. But, what difference would it make? Thanks for the complements on the site though. :) Take care, Dwayne

Nothing improves your review skills like a good flame. I know first hand! If Anand and the moderators don't mind, I will pre-release a few reviews here to get your feedback. I think this is an excellent way to insure accuracy and to improve the review content. Thanks guys for all your input...

This is what happens when hardware reviewers smoke too much crack

Absolutely, I agree. And I really appreciate any kind of feedback, to better the site and reviews. At one time I did all the reviews myself, but it got to be too much for one guy to handle, so I started letting other guys help out who voluteered. With that comes a bit of liability and I have...

    What do you think?

Heck yeah! That board is gonna rock. The nForce "chipset" should be quite an advance in technology compared to what is on the market right now. nVidia says that it will improve CPU performance by 20% and double the memory bandwidth. We will have to wait and see, but the nForce sounds very...

    ECS K7VTA3 DDR

I flashed the bios to the newest version, and that helped tremendously. The new benchmarks are: Int ALU/RAM 538 MB/s Float FPU/RAM 691 MB/s I also noticed while I was flashing the bios that the "Bios voltage" jumper was set to 5v. I set it to the 3.3v setting (default). I never changed that...

    ECS K7VTA3 DDR

I have posted this in other threads, but I would like to see other people's memory benchmarks if you have an ECS K7VTA3. My benchmarks are pretty low, and I am trying to figure out why. My system: K7VTA3, AMD Athlon 1.4Ghz 300watt PSU 2 - 256MB Nanya DDR memory sticks 1- 20GB Maxtor 7200rpm 1-...
