It is either Auto (base multi) or Manual.
I went ahead and reflashed the BIOS (same version), and now the settings above are sticking in Windows! Finicky piece of .... :)

Here are some pics. I have reset the BIOS, saved and then modified to these settings (4.3GHz) and saved again. Booted into windows to find stock settings (3.9GHz turbo) shown in both CPU-Z and ASUS Monitor.

I have found part of the problem - setting the CPU OC via the windows tool (TurboV EVO) DOES NOT save them to the bios, which is why anything set in windows does not stick (either in BIOS or reboot into windows). Had to read the fine text for that. :P But still...
CPU-Z. When I overclock in windows itself, then CPU-Z will show the 4.4GHz (until I reboot). Once I reboot into Windows (7 x64), it is back to showing 4.2GHz...
Is there a better, more accurate tool? Things like Crystal seem a liitle outdated.
