I have made sure the heat sink is set right, but are the temps REALLY sposed to be that high????

I am going to post a log of the past to days of my CPU temps, they are way to high, i am using a SwiftTek MCX370 Heat sink. It shouldn't be this high...

Let me go into more detail on the sound. IF you were to take an electric razer and put it on aginast something metal, thats what it would sound like. When i would touch my motherboard tray (pull on it a bit) the sound would stop. Thanks for suggestion Know a good website?
