Motherboard caps look fine. I may end up purchasing a new power supply. I work at Best Buy and we sell the Antec Neo HE 550. Any complaints about this partucular power supply? BTW thanks dantonic about the caps lesson. Learn something new everyday.

I usually leave my PC on all day. Occasionally, I will shut it down on some nights. Whenever I power it back up though, the lower chamber never starts. If I move it just a little bit, then it begins operating. Is my system under powered? I don't feel like I have anything that's really power...
