You are right, that was loose terminology.. I mean, it's important to be able to calibrate the monitor such a way, that the colors of the screen will match (with icc-profile, of course) to the colors of the commercial printing service I'm using. I can and will borrow a colorimeter, if needed...

Thanks xtknight, that solved my problem (almost). My photo retouching needs are more like semi-professional than mundane, so I'm a little bit concerned about the color purity of LP2065. But the price difference between it and f.ex. more interesting NEC LCD2090UXI is too huge.
