EDIT: Never mind. User error: power cables were plugged into the card right, but one of them wasn't plugged into the power supply correctly, and I never double-checked that end.
Has anybody successfully used their Gigabyte P55's SPDIF_OUT header on the motherboard to connect to something (probably HDMI on a video card)?
I've tried connecting it to my Asus GeForce 9600, but aren't having any joy. I'm running the Windows 7 RC, but am only seeing one SPDIF out. I'm not...
I'm going to be buying an i7 next week--probably P55, maybe X58 if there's not a huge price difference.
Anyways, as part of this system I need a wireless 802.11n NIC. Only problem is, I need to figure out how I want to connect it. :)
