It seems that more and more people are getting PVA and not IPS in their new 2007WFP panels from Dell. I'm not sure how much of a lottery this is anymore. I am now inclined to believe that if you buy a Dell 2007WFP, expect a PVA, and if you want an IPS, don't order the Dell.
