    Thanks coffeejunkee, I have checked seating of RAM, and CPU several times. Gigabyte BIOS download page lists only F6, F10, and up. There is no mention of F8 for the revison 1.3 or revision 1.0 boards. Looks like the support for 22nm CPUs is introduced in F10 and only the F12 BIOS update comments...

    You probably should bread-board the components and/or start with minimum components as possible. Either the BIOS settings are preventing video card from working or likely PCIe card/slot is bad. Are you able to go into BIOS and try changing the video settings?
