Question No display, no beep , no usb power

My specs Biostar tb 250 btc pro 4gb ram ddr4 Cpu G4400T 850w antec neo I am not getting display from mobo or external gpu and also there is no usb power keyboard and mouse not working but gpu powered fan and cpu fan is spining and no Beep
