I'm looking for a nice, quiet 120mmx120mm fan that's capable of pushing 90CFM Minimum. I have one now, but it's majorly loud at 44dbA. I need something that is less than 39dbA, if they exist. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have a sunon, 12v .45amp, 90CFM right now.

I agree with beloved patriot, most likely the BX chipset. 133 is usually the limit, and even that is fairly tough to reach. Let us know how it goes. :)

You need to bump up your cas setting to 3. Sometimes when you overclock, the memory can't handle a low latency. Give cas3 a try, and let me know how it goes. :)

Try bumping the cas up to 3. Sometimes you can't overclock with a latency of 2. I myself had some trouble with Mushkin when I went to a 143 bus, but changing the cas latency to 3 worked fine. I was able to take it to 157 without any problems.
