IMHO the Asus is the better choice for any Athlon-based system. I've read quite a lot test comparing the Abit and Asus mobo's, and have heard dozens of proud Asus or Abit owner;s opinion. I think the 6PCI slots are unnecesary, they can only cause IRQ conflicts. Asus i think is JUST A BIT better...
