    Frozen Ipod

    So I was listening to my ipod at work and all of a sudden its freezes. I try to reset it but nothing works. I even pluged in the usb cabe from my computer and it wont dectect the ipod and doesnt respond at all... its been at the same screen doesnt respond. :( anyone know what to do?? Thanks

    Yes they do... they are both on the same workgroup and can see each other. The problem is something is not letting me connect.
