I am puzzle why when I try to play the 'Thirteen Days' dvd from the DVD-ROM on my pc, it does not seem to work. But when try 'The Rock' and 'U571', they works. All disk code 1.
I am using the Asus 8xDVD-ROM player. Also when I launch the DVD player, it shows me Region 3.
The culprit was the driver for the Iomega Zip. Both the parallel and the SCSI shares the same driver. The Adaptec SCSI card which I used it for the CD-RW had a yellow exclaimation mark next to it. I have to remove the Zip drive from the system. Think I gonna buy a USB Zip Drive.
Thanks for all...
I just used the Yamaha CD-RW6416SCSI the other day, now I could not find it in my system. I did something to free up the resources in the MSCONFIG the other day. Please help, thank you.
<< I am still using the SB Value! that I bought when it was just released. Since then I have added SPDIF optical output for my MD deck and have the card itself running on my dolby surround receiver. I know some folks that have problems with the card but they are mostly MB related on old K6...
I have installed the patch but still it would not worked! Finally I reformat the hdd and so far it worked except for the SB Live!Player until I disabled the SB16 Emulation. My next hurdle would be the Norton Internet Security - I think there is a shutdowm problem with the NAV enable. Phew!
My system : PIII1GHz/mobo Asus CUSL2 Intel 815E/384MB SDRAM/Radeon AIW AGP/Intel 10/100 Network Adapter/SB Live!Player/ Adaptec 2930CU SCSI card.
During shutdown, the display screen is black but mu cpu's power still ON. I have not upload the ShutDown patch.
Shit! There goes my chance again and again. BTW Pierce did a pretty good job but its who is acting opposite(gender) him and whispering sweet secrets into his ears, data downloading thru the lips, falling into his arms and jumping into bed that made me boils...oh! why not me?
Enemy of the State will keep you on the ball, the dialogue(even) and action. Another title would be Eagles' Hell Freezes Over especially the Hotel California.
It did not hit me until I tried to call a technical support here(Singapore); that they are closed for the holiday. What holiday? when I am still struggling through Monday.
Anyway here's wishing all you Americans a peaceful and joyous independence day.
