nView in XP allows you to define keyboard shortcuts to quickly do certain actions such as moving windows to a different monitor. nView is not available in Vista however. Are there certain programs or ways in Vista to do the things that nView can do?

It's a GF4Ti running on XP with the most recent Nvidia driver. I just reinstalled XP yesterday but same results.

I'm not what it's called either but basically you can see remnants of text as you scroll. I tried different refresh rates (59,60,75hz) with similar results.

Yes from what I read most of the Radeon HD 2XXX-series (except the 2400 Pro) will have ATI's new Avivo which accelerates both h264 and VC-1 video. The Geforce 8500/8600 only accelerates VC-1 partially. I'm not sure how well ATI's drivers handle multi-card, multi-monitor setups. If anyone has...
