Nope. The HSF was correctly installed. The board is deffective (or I am stoopid...). I tried with a new Antec TruPower 430W and this time the fans ran, accompanied with a bit of smoke (!!!) from the corner where the speaker/pwr led/pwr/reset pins are (I swear those were correctly placed...
