I doubt this comes with remote/case/dock. According to amazon.com, this product was launched on "January 7, 2004". Also, the model number, "M9460LL/A" matches with apple's new 15GB ipod, which does not come with remote/case/dock. The older 15G with remote/case/dock had a different model number.
