Microsoft Richcopy 4.0 Its powerful, GUI is pretty good and gives you way more options than Windows Sync Toy. I am using it to sync my laptop and desktop.... keep moving huge loads of data every week.

I saw the prices of D90 plummeting down to 740 USD some time back. It then bounced back to 850 and is now out of stock virtually everywhere. This time the Nikon folks did good to make sure they do not have a huge stash of D90s lying it their warehouses (or the dealers). The D7000 looks great...
