Force constant did work (with Trixx, not Afterburner. I couldn't unlock voltage control for some convoluted reason with AB) but I didn't want to really force a constant voltage and have it run at whatever voltage constantly. Both BIOS presented the same issue. Honestly, I'm not too sure...
