I have an p4 3.0 HT Prescott with p4p800se and the maximum that i got was 3.6ghz at 1.5v (256mb generic ddr 266 :( )... (my english is not good, i'm from brazil)

After bios update on my geforce, the tv-out dont work correctly... dont show anything in my tv, whats this problem, i tested several bios but dont work... need help for this problem, since already I am thankful (my english is not good, i'm from brazil and here the language is portuguese :) )...
