    Windows Repair option did the trick....for now. I can browse just fine, however, during the repair, I was notified that several files were not found. Hopefully, they will not cause any further issues. Thanks for all of your help folks!

    I have reset the TCP stack via "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" I also installed the exported "good keys" on the site you linked. Still no avail.

    I have installed Firefox and the issue still persists. Conducting a ping to www.google.com resulted in... "Ping request could not find host www.google.com. Please check the name and try again"
