The En6800 Ultra does have a TV Out. I use the latest drivers from nVidia. The one supplied initially by Asus caused a Code 10 error, which is written up widely on many of the bulletin Boards including, I believe, somewhere on Anandtech.

There is no plug on it or into which it can be plugged. There is a 4 pin connector underneath the board on the motherboard itself into which a 4 pin is attached.
