After a week of playing with my P4B533-V I've managed to get my P4-2.26 up to 156MHz FSB. I switched from the P4B533 (845E) version because I have 2 X 256 of Samsung PC2700 and I could only get the 845E board up to 154MHz FSB. So, the memory was only running at DDR308 due to only having the 1:1...

I have a P4B533-V on the way. I'm currently using the P4b533 (845E) which is an awsome board but my PC2700 is running underclocked. I got mine at Allstarshop: Allstarshop

Same here...I always use a DOS boot disk. I kept getting "Read-Open file" errors trying to install Beta "P4B533-1007.003"

I have a question regarding the Beta Bios. The filename is P4B533-1007.004 and I can't open it in DOS. Do you re-name this file or what do you do with it since it isn't a ".awd" file?????:o

Here's a good comparison. The heat sinks are listed from best to worst performers. The higher the "COP" number in % the better design or efficiency and the higher the T(r)- T(cold) the better the performance. All heat sinks were lapped for these tests. COP Data

For a slot1 coppermine the Alpha P3-125 is the best.

Sorry about the confusion GiZzO. I wasn't real clear on how to evaluate the results. Look at the cold side temp and then the Higher the T(t)-T(c) value the better the performance. The COP value or Efficiency score shows the design efficiency and how air flow or CFM can can affect this. So...
